Contemplating entering any new phase of life, be it a new day, week, month, year, or a new start it can be exciting, but also a scary. Some new phases are forced transitions, they’re out of your control, be it illness, end of a relationship, or leaving a job, but it is still a new phase either by choice or not.
New life phases, like new moon phases, are a time to plant new seeds so that you can manifest the changes you’re looking for, or take the opportunity to design what you want your life to look like.
How you approach life is always your choice! Change can bring some unexpected changes as well and alter your sense of confidence, connection and identity.
Change can bring with it an air of discomfort, as you contemplate what you need to let go of in order to make space for something new. Just like when you come home excited with your new favourite in-fashion outfit, which is just right for the new season, you’ll need to toss some old favourites out to make room.
What do you need to let go of to make room?
Otherwise, your closet is overflowing with a lot of stuff that you’re just hanging on it, which probably doesn’t even fit you as well, or perhaps, it’s not even in fashion anymore, but you still struggle to let go of it.
Making room in your life for something new and exciting is just the same. When your life, just like your closet, is filled to overflowing, it’s impossible to squeeze anything new in and feel comfortable that it won’t be forgotten under the pile of stuff already there.
When your life is overflowing you try to fit way too much in. When the year ends, instead of feeling fulfilled, you feel tired and depleted. Be mindful about what you commit to, so the energy you live by is “ABUNDANCE”.
Focus you time, energy, and money on the things that you are committed to.
Who do you become when you “Emerge”?
When you Emerge you leaving the struggle of life’s experiences behind you so that you can let go of who you were and love who you emerge as. In short, you stop hiding.
